  I have used E. Hill & Son twice, first for my mother's funeral a few years ago and most recently for my brother's. On both occasions, Richard and his team provided a wonderfully professional and caring service. They quietly and efficiently took care of all the necessary arrangements and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was done in a dignified and respectful way and they took care of all aspects of the funerals down to the smallest detail. As I live abroad it was particularly important to have a company that I could trust to take care of the whole process. My experience with my mother's funeral was so positive that I didn't hesitate to use them again for my brother's funeral. In this case, there were a number of complicating factors which made this a particularly difficult funeral to arrange, but Richard and his staff handled it all with absolute aplomb and completely took the stress out of the situation. I can't recommend them highly enough!

  From the moment Mum passed away (Sheila Hyde), Richard & his team were there to guide us through the process professionally & with compassion. Thanks to the information we were given, we were perfecly informed & prepared for the registrar.
  Mums service was beautifully put together having been given lots of choice for different services, flowers, cars etc. The whole process was tailormade & then perfectly conducted by a faultless team. So professional & yet so caring.
  Thank you for such a beautifully prepared, memorable service. You made a difficult time more bearable.
